ElectricianOCALA -- Mr. Robert Mack Williams Jr. of Ocala, formerly of Lakeland, died of heart failure Monday (May 22, 2006) in Ocala. He was 88.Born in Mount Olive, N.C., on April 23, 1918, he lived in Lakeland for several years before moving to Ocala. He was an electrician in the construction industry, and a member of Electrician Local Union No. 915. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He attended Christian Biblical Church of God.Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his first wife, Mildred Williams, and Ethel Whitlock Williams. He is survived by his wife, Grace Edna Williams, Ocala; son, Robert Mack Williams III, Labelle; daughters, Avanah Jent, Georgianna McDaniel, both of Fort Myers; sisters, Edith Barden, Orlando, Margaret Strock, Rockville, Md.; six grandchildren.Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at Heath Funeral Chapel. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
