WATTERS, Robert G. At home on Monday, October 19, 2009 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Wilhelmina. Loving father of Rob (Catherine Berger), and Anna (Justin Peacock). Dear grandfather of Max, Claire, and Sophie. He will be missed by his brother David (Dawnita Spac) and by his nephew Marc (Andi Plitz). Bob was born in Toronto, grew up in Ottawa, graduated with a PhD from Carleton University, and was a psychology professor at the University of Ottawa until his retirement in 1999.
