Pauline White, 71, of Bloomfield, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at her residence. She was the former Pauline Drury, a native of Anderson County, and a former employee at the International Paper and White's Grocery. S she was a charter member of the Lawrenceburg Community Baptist Church and a member of Gideons International Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Marey Grider Drury; two brothers, Alvin and Wilmer "Slick" Drury; three sisters, Eva Mae, Beulah and Eula Drury. Survivors include her husband, James E. "Buddy" White; a daughter, Jana (Lamont) Terrell, of Lawrenceburg; a son, Jimmy (Tina) White, of Bloomfield; five sisters, Juanita Freeman, Bonnie Casey, Marie Spaulding, Donna (Eunice) Satterly and Jean (Darrell) Sea, all of Lawrenceburg; a brother, Ernie (Brenda) Drury, of Lawrencburg; a sister-in-law, Nellie Drury, of Lawrenceburg; and two grandchildren, Caleb White and Lance Terrell. The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, at Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield with burial in Highview Cemetery in Chaplin. Brother Steve Broughton will officiate.Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at Houghlin Funeral Home.The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hospice of Nelson County or Gideons International. Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
