Horton, Patricia A. NORTH GREENBUSH Patricia A. Horton, formerly of Troy, died at home surrounded by her family on June 13, 2014 after a brief illness. Pat was the daughter of the late John and Julia (Nash) Hennessey and the wife of the late Thomas R. Horton. She was a graduate of Keveney Academy and Troy Business College and had been employed by Niagara Mohawk. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who was a longtime communicant of Sacred Heart Church and more recently a communicant of Saint Michael's Church. Through an association with the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament, she ministered to thousands by sending rosaries worldwide. Survivors include a daughter, Debra Horton; three grandsons, Josh (Lisa), Kurt, and Tyler Koumjian; a brother, Jack (Rosemary) Hennessey; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at 8:30 a.m., from the Daniel D. Purcell Funeral Home, 510 Pawling Ave., at Parkview Court, Troy, and at 9:30 a.m., at St. Michael the Archangel Church, Troy, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday from 4 until 8 p.m.
