-->Michael L. Smith SPARTANBURG, SC-- Michael Lee Smith of 449 Cotton Drive, passed Monday evening, February 23, 2009 at the Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Mrs. Lillie Thomas Smith of the home. He was the son of the late Mr. Robert L. Smith and Mrs. Clara McGuinea Smith. He was a native of Cleveland, OH. He was a member of the New Prospect A.M.E. Zion Church. Survivors include one daughter, Ms. Natasha Thomas of Spartanburg, SC; two sons, Mr. Kendrick Thomas and Mr. Anthony Thomas, both of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters, Mrs. Roberta (Charles) Littlejohn and Mrs. Robin (Michael) Tinsley, both of Spartanburg, SC; a special grand daughter, Ms. Narasha Smith of Spartanburg, SC; eight additional grandchildren.
