GRAY Mary Alice, 89, of Ridgewood, NJ died September 5, 2014 peacefully at home. Beloved mother of Edwin of Ridgewood and Kenny of Daytona Beach, FL. Loving grandmother of TJ, Robert, Christopher, Casey and Shelly. Dear great-grandmother of Christopher, Joshua, Cooper and Graham. Dear sister of Ruth and Thomas. She was predeceased by her husband George and her son James. Mary Alice graduated from St. Elizabeth's School of Nursing in Utica, NY. She practiced nursing for over 50 years. She was a member of the Bergen County Republican Party and served as a challenger at the Willard School polling place. A graveside service will be held Monday, September 8th at 1 PM at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. Visitation will be Sunday, September 7th from 7-9 PM at the C.C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home, Ridgewood.
