Accounting and Tax ServiceHAINES CITY -- Mrs. Mary Jane DeVine of Haines City died of lung failure Sunday (March 19, 2006) in Winter Haven. She was 83.Born in Jasper, Tenn., on Dec. 15, 1922, she was a longtime resident of Polk County. She owned and operated an accounting and tax service for a number of years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter No. 68 in Haines City and the Women of the World, Camp No. 106. She was a Baptist.Mrs. DeVine is survived by her daughter, Nancy F. DeVine Poe; son, James D. Barber, Haines City; stepdaughters, Nancy Jo Shephard, Plant City, and Kathy Colravy, St. Petersburg; sister, Tula Mae Hancock, Winter Haven; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake Alfred.
