She was born January 23, 1923 in Norton Virginia to the late Luther and Virginia (Jordan) Mills. Louise is survived by her sons, Jordan Kelly of Fairborn, Ohio and Lawrence Kelly of Atlanta, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband, John William Kelly, and her daughter, Kathryn Diane Beets. Louise is also survived by her grandchildren, Bryan Kelly, Kimberle Coggins, Lisa Selle, Scott Kelly, and Jennifer Lewis; and by 7 great-grandchildren, Brianna Lewis, Cobi Lewis, Maya Selle, Nora Kelly, Christiane Coggins, Claire Selle, and Andrew Kelly.Louise loved music, travel, gardening, reading, puzzles and games. She visited the Netherlands with John on a reunion of the 101st Airborne. Later she had a walking tour of south England, and driving tours of Mexico and Alaska with her late cousin, Kitt, and a birdwatching tour of Costa Rica with her second cousin, Judy Yaker.She was active in the Titusville playhouse productions, in several local bridge clubs, and at the local golf course.In 2003, she returned to Ohio where she had raised her children, due to illness. She remained there in the Dayton, Fairborn and Yellow Springs areas until her death.Louise was well known for her cheerfulness, willingness to help anyone, and her love of life. She will be missed by all who knew her.Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 11 AM at Burcham Jennings Funeral Home, 119 E. Main St., Fairborn, Ohio 45324.
