COLLINS, Marie Jeanne (Jeannette) Peacefully, on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, age 84. Beloved wife of Bernard. Loving mother of Bernadette and Gerben Tigchelaar, Bruce Collins and Christina Heinze, and Libby and Ettore Contestabile. Cherished grandmother of: Matteo, Marco and Jenna Contestabile. Dear sister of Blanche Jutras and Gertrude Bauche. Sister-in-law of Armande Kenny, Gerard Remillard and Eloi Bauche. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by brothers Maurice Kenny, Louis Kenny, sister Denise Remillard, and brother-in-law Arthur Jutras. Jeannette was a long time volunteer at the Civic Hospital and St. Patrick's Home. Friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue (at Richmond Road) on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church, 1060 Baseline Road, on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. For those wishing, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
