Margaret M. "Peggy" Kelly, 74, of Old Saybrook and formerly of Kensington died Dec. 2, 2007 at New Britain General Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Robert E. Kelly, Sr. Born in Stamford, Dec. 14, 1932, she was a daughter of the late John J. and Ellen (McCarthy) O'Leary. She was employed by the State of Connecticut Department of Education for many years before her retirement. Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Ellen T. Dirgins and her husband Daniel of Sharon, Mass.; sons Robert E. Kelly, Jr. and his wife Angeles of Kensington, Kevin E. Kelly and his wife Mary Pat of Colchester and John J. Kelly of Colchester; a sister, Eileen Hogan of Greenwich and a brother, John F. O'Leary of Stamford. and six grandchildren. A Memorial Mass was held Dec. 7, 2007 at St. Mary's Church, New Britain.
