JOHNSON--Margaret, passed away on February 9, 2012, in New York City, three days shy of her 98th birthday. Born in Chicago, she spent her childhood in Oak Park, IL, and Toronto, ON. She was a graduate of the University of Michigan and was the wife of Robert S. Johnson, who predeceased her. She served as the President of the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati, OH. Her generosity, exquisite taste, keen intellect, wit, appreciation of excellence, and impeccable sense of style will be greatly missed. She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth, son-in-law Dr. Robert A. Niederman, and grandson Matthew. Donations in her memory can be made to The National Abortion Rights Action League or Planned Parenthood.
