Williams, Lucy V. ALBANY Lucy V. Williams, 84, died on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at St. Peter's Hospital. She is survived by her only daughter, Gail Thomas of Chicago, Ill. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Tebbutt Funeral Home, 633 Central Ave., Albany. Inurnment will follow in Graceland Cemetery, Menands.
