LOIS JOHNSON, 76, of Louisville, died Thursday, July 15, 2004, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. She is survived by her husband, Norman Johnson; son, William Bradford Richardson; daughter, Pamela Lynn Nicholson (Ron); four grandchildren, Rebecca Davis (Donnie), Sarah Stubblefield (Scott), Tessa Jane Richardson and Clare Richardson; two great-grandchil- dren, Joshua Davis and Abigail Stubblefield; one stepson, Alan Johnson; brother, Jerry Madsen; and daughter-in-law, Mary Richardson. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 18, 2004, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 9616 Westport Rd. Burial will be held at a later date in Forest Mound Cemetery in Waupun, WI. Pearson's in charge of arrangements. Memorial gifts may go to her church.
