Lenton Allen Freemanof RD#3, Susquehanna, Pa.Lenton A. Freeman, 86, of RD#3, Susquehanna, Pa., passed away at his home on Tuesday, February 6, 2007, after an illness. He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, James and Jeannie Freeman, Baltimore, Md., Michael A. Freeman, RD#3, Susquehanna; two daughters and a son-in-law, Wanda Sue Hoover, Sail Creek, Tenn., Ellen Ann and James Gaither, Annapolis, Md.; special friend, Julia Padeletti; brother, Clankton Freeman; two sisters, Callie Cox and Jessie Bean; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Lenton worked in the maintenance department at Barnes Kasson Hospital in Susquehanna before his retirement.A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2007, at 2 p.m. at the Hennessey's Funeral Home, 208 Jackson Ave., Susquehanna, with the Rev. Fred Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Finksburg, Md. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Barnes Kasson Hospital SNF, Turnpike St., Susquehanna, Pa. 18847.
