Funeral services for Lena Mae (Maw Maw) Wright, 95, were 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 27 at Kilgroe Funeral Home with interment at Macedonia North Baptist Cemetery. Mrs. Wright was born Sept. 11, 1914, the daughter of Tom and Katie Lee, and died April 24, 2010. Maw Maw has had a longing to be with her husband, Mr. Ferman G. Wright for 36 years and is now reunited with him. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ferman G. Wright; son-in-law, Hubert Lee and daughter, Mary Grace (Gracie) Lee. Survivors are a son, Charles E. Wright and wife Doris; three sisters, Margie Morris, Ruth Grogan, and Betty Joe Ludwick; one brother, Herman E. (Pete) Lee; nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Condolences may be offered at www.kilgroefh.com. Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City directed the services.
