SYLVANIA, Ga. - Mrs. Leila Pearl Rowe Williams, 85, died Wednesday in Screven Co. Hospital. The Screven County native was of the Baptist faith and was a ward clerk at Screven Co. Hospital for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Loyd Williams. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-Law, Sidney L. and Ann Williams, Guyton, GA, James Robert (Bubba) and Jaquita Williams, Sardis, GA, Billy and Ann Williams, and Bobby and Carolyn Williams, Sylvania, and Ronnie and Sue Williams, Bryson City, NC.; 19 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 17, 2005, 2:00 p.m. at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Parker officiating. Burial in Screven Co. Memorial Cemetery.
