The family wishes to thank Dr. Tim Matheson and the nurses and staff at 4A of the Centennial Building and at the 9th Floor of the Abbie J. Lane Memorial Building, QEII. Cremation has taken place. By request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A family burial service will take pace at a later date. Memorials may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
