WEST MILFORD — Services were held for Katherine M. Turnier Mahoney, 94, of this township, who died on Sunday, April 3, 2011. Born in Astoria, Mrs. Mahoney lived in Long Island and then in Brick Township, where she resided for most of her life before moving to West Milford in 2003. She worked for Lucent Technologies, Brick, before retiring in 1982. Services were Thursday at the D'Agostino Funeral Home, Haskell, followed by interment at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Mrs. Mahoney is survived by her nieces, Marilyn Dondero of Wanaque, Elaine Houckes of Wanaque, Joan Phillips of Vernon, and Susan VanZutphen of Walton, N.Y.; and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, John; her brothers, John, Harry, Joseph, and Frank Turnier; and her sister, Gertrude Bailey.
