DAVIS Karen Kay Dove Davis passed away Monday 9/10/12 at the Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City surrounded by her family. Born 7/24/40 in Cook County GA to David Aaron and Myrtice Dove. She is survived by her children Roni Allbritton, Hilton Head, SC; LeAnne (Ricky) Fair, Lake City, FL and Phil (Debbie) Davis, Waynesboro VA. Grandchildren, Christopher (Nicole) Fair, Ryan Allbritton, Leah Davis, Carlie Fair, Erin Webb, and Justin Paschall. 3 Great-grandchildren, August, Gavin, and Maddie. Mother, Myrtice Dove Jackson. Sisters, Pat (Joe) Henry and Pam (David) Lomax. A host of special Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews were all a part of her love for family. Karen resided most of her life in Jacksonville and Lake City, FL and had a passion for reading and enriching her life in many ways. She touched many lives with her vibrant smile, bright eyes, and love for a lively conversation. Her children and grand children's lives were enriched with her zest for always learning and will be forever remembered for her class and compassion. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Haven Hospice. A private celebration of life with the family will be held.
