NORTH AUGUSTA, S. C. - Mr. Joseph C. Williams, 77, of Sedgewood Court, entered into rest July 18, 2013. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Old Piney Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Louis T. Coley officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
