Herbert, Joseph S. ALBANY Joseph Herbert, 45, died at home on Saturday, July 12, 2014. Born in Albany, he was the son of Carol Marsh Herbert and the late Edward J. Herbert. Joe shared his life for the last 27 years with his loving companion, Brian Eaton. He was the brother of Edward, Carolynn, Diana, Charlotte, Mary, Darlene and the late David and Donald Herbert. Several nieces and nephews survive. Funeral services on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at 1 p.m., in the McVeigh Funeral Home, 208 N. Allen St., Albany.
