Joseph was born June 23, 1948 in Denison, IA .He had been making his home here in Tucumcari for approx. the past 8 years. He had been a research Lab Technician for Best Foods. He served his country in the United States Army.Surviving Joseph C. Williams is his wife Carol Ann Williams of the home. His children- Michael Burns and Jamie Henningsen. 6 Grandchildren. His sister A.J. Williams of Tucumcari, NM.Services celebrating his life will be Friday morning January 31, 2014, in the First Baptist Church beginning at 10:00 am. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment of the cremains will be in the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery.
