RICHMOND, Texas - Jerry Tyler Williams died January 30, 2007 at the age of 64. He was preceded in death by parents, L. Palmer Williams and Elizabeth Morris Williams. He is survived by his loving children, Rebecca Hollingsworth, Richmond, Texas, Travis T. (Nicky) Williams, Richmond, Texas, Holley and Kelly Williams, Richmond Hills, Ga. He has eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild, who was born on the day of his death. He is also survived by Johnny M. (Vickie) Williams, North Augusta, S.C., Beverly E. (Tony) Dunn, Dearing, Ga., and our very special sister, Pamela Joyce Williams of Gracewood, Ga. J erry was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a Mason. A memorial service will be in the Williams Cemetery, Uvalda, Ga. Sunday, February 11, 2007 where his last wishes were to have his ashes spread over his ancestors dating back to the early 1800's. His family of aunts and uncles in Uvalda, Lyons, and Vidalia were so very kind and loved him very much. Family meant everything to him.
