McKEOWN, Evelyn Jean (nee Walker). Passed away peacefully at the Montreal General Hospital on December 12, 1999 at the age of sixty-seven. Beloved wife of forty-seven years to Terence. Loving mother to Philip (Heather) of Whitby, Ontario, Catherine, David of Sydney, Australia, Michael and Carol. Cherished grandmother of Robert, Christopher, Matthew, Teri and Keeley. Sister to Martha Bennett, Margaret Trudel, Arthur Walker, Norman Walker and the late George Walker. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Association would be appreciated. The family would like to thank the staff of the Palliative Care Day Hospital and the 17th East Oncology Unit at the Montreal General Hospital for their compassionate care to Evelyn and her family.
