James "Willy" Robert Williams March 25, 1932 - August 26, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Dartmouth) WILLIAMS, James Robert "Willy", "Uncle Bob" - 72, Caledonia, formerly of Dartmouth, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 26, 2004, in Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital. Born March 25, 1932, in Dartmouth, he was a son of the late James and Beatrice (Baker) Williams. Willy worked at the Dartmouth Rink until its demise, and then at the Dartmouth Police Station until his retirement in 1994. Willy will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. He is survived by his sister, Kathleen Pakjowy, Ontario; brother, Leonard, Yarmouth; several nieces and nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his sister, Dora Boutilier. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth, where the family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. today, followed by the funeral service at 4 p.m., Rev. Katie Tait officiating. Interment in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Reception to follow in Atlantic Funeral Home Family Reception Centre. Family flowers only by request. If so desired, a donation in Willy's memory to Canadian Liver Foundation, Halifax Chapter, P.O. Box 8744, Station A, Halifax, NS, B3K 5M4, or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
