PATTISON, James Robert (Bob)Retired RCAFNovember 4, 1924 - October 1, 2015Passed away peacefully in Gatineau on October 1, 2015 at the age of 90. Bob was predeceased by Doreen Lecompte, his wife of 58 years and his brother Hugh Pattison. He will be missed by his son Robert Edward (Andrée Moreau) and his daughter Louise (Daniel Leduc); as well as his grandchildren: Stephanie Bush, Jason Hubert and Nathalie Pattison; and great- grandchildren: Abby, Brady, Jeremy and Emily. He leaves behind a brother, Gordon (Anne) and many nieces, nephews and friends. A member of the Royal Canadian Air force for 28 years, Bob retired in August 1972 after enjoying postings across Canada and Europe and he then continued working as an audio/visual technician for the CFB Ottawa School Board until his second retirement in June 1989. Visitation will be held at the Coopérative Funéraire of Gatineau situated at 1369 Boul. La Vérendrye, West Gatineau, QC on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 6:00 until 9:00. Funeral service will be held at St-Aloysius Church, 300, de l''Abbé-Murray St., Gatineau, QC on October 10, 2015 at 11:00, with condolences at 10:15. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Children''s Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
