ARNOLD, James "Bill" II, 60, of Brandon, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2003. He is survived by his mother, Sylvia of Brandon, Fla.; and brother, Robert of Augusta, Ga. A native of Greensboro, N.C., he has resided in the Tampa area for two years coming from Virginia Beach, Va. Bill was a real estate agent. A Memorial service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2003 at the Stowers Brandon Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. STOWERS-BRANDON
