At Elisabeth Bruyere, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, on March 1, 2001, at age 62, Jacqueline (nee Roy) Dupont. Beloved wife of Jacques Dupont for 41 years, loving mother of Annie and Jean-Luc (Angele Belair), cherished grand-maman of Stephanie and Simon Laplante. Survived by her mother Simone Harbec, two sisters Francine and Michelle (Jean-Paul Boudreau) of St. Jean-sur-Richelieu, P.Q. Private family funeral arrangements have been made with the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry. A special thank you to Dr. V. Young, Dr. L. Robillard, their colleagues and to all the medical and non-medical staff of the Ottawa Cancer Clinic, for the kindhearted care of Jacqueline. A special thank you also to Dr. Nathalie Dinovitzer. The family also expresses its gratitude to the staff of the Ottawa-Carleton Community Care Access Centre for the compassionate and sustained support and to the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre for their dedicated care.
