Inez Davis 88 did Wednesday June 23 2004 at the Methodist North Hospital in Memphis TN after a sudden illness. She was born and raised in Adamsville TN and was the daughter of the late Oscar and Margie Williams Dallas. She was a homemaker and the widow of Waldo Davis who preceded her in death on July 21 1978. She was a longtime member of the Mayfield Church of Christ in Saltillo. Services will be 11:00 a.m. today in the Jefferson Street Chapel of W.E. Pegues Tupelo MS with minister Clyde Mize officiating. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. today at Mars Cemetery in Leapwood TN. Survivors include three daughters Linda Fry and husband Robert of Memphis TN Lila Duffy and husband Marshall of Medina TN and Martha May and husband Fred of Saltillo MS; one son John Davis of Atlanta GA; one sister Maurie Pusser of Adamsville TN; one brother Curtis Dallas and wife Eva of Memphis TN; ten grandchildren Nicky May Greg May Steve Smith Valarie Houloose Dana Kelso Donna Davis Sabrina Davis Debbie Davis Jimmy Davis Cindy Dace and several great grandchildren.
