OWEN, Hugh F., 79, native and lifelong resident of Tampa, passed away November 7, 2003. Preceded in death by his father, P. A. Owen in 1941, his brother, J.M. "Jim" Owen on D- Day at Utah Beach in 1944, his mother, Colette, in 1985. Survived by his brother, Dick Owen, Dallas, Texas; nieces, Toni Owen, Shreveport, La., Christina Owen Feasley, Sarasota, and Katherine Owen Peavey of Austin, Texas. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2003 at 10 a.m. in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park.
