Helen Marie Squires Hall of New Milford, Pa.Helen Marie Squires Hall, 64, of New Milford, Pa., went to be with the Lord Thursday, February 7, 2002 at Binghamton General Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Mary Squires. For 43 years, she was the beloved wife of Millard L. Hall who survives. Also surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, David and Christine Hall, and Barry Hall; two daughters and a son-in-law, Susan Hall, and Amy and David Steinberg; six grandchildren, Jarrod Hall, Renee Hall, Michael Rifenbury, Carlie Steinberg, Joshua Steinberg and Joanna Steinberg. She was predeceased by a brother, James Squires. Helen was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church, New Milford, Pa., where she played piano and was the church organist for 25 years. She was the Sunday School Secretary and organized dinners and meetings. Helen had a way with words and enjoyed writing. She edited the monthly church newsletter, The Baptist Chronicle, for 30 years. She created black light pictures and assisted with decorating the church. A funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church, New Milford, Sunday, February 10, 2002 at 2:30 p.m. with pastor David Riley officiating. Interment will be in New Milford Cemetery, New Milford, Pa. The family will receive friends at Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, 5 Susquehanna Ave., Hallstead, Pa. from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, February 9, and from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church, New Milford.
