DODDRIDGE, Helen Jean - In her 94th year, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2014 with her loving family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Robert R. Doddridge, devoted mother of Brian (Ruby) and proud grandmother (Nanny) of Kevin. Helen will be sadly missed by her extended family (Mehar) in New York, as well as her brother and family in Nova Scotia. Having resided and travelled in many parts of the world, Helen made numerous friends and cherished their friendships. With her departure, all will feel a great void. At Helen's request, she will be cremated and there will not be a funeral service. Donations in her memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to the CNIB.
