DAVIS, Helen Catherine (Heaney)Passed away peacefully on June 19, 2014. For 58 years, she was the loving wife of the late John (Jack) Joseph Davis. Helen was born to Charles Patrick Heaney and T. Muriel McGoogan on January 12, 1919. Predeceased by her sisters Frances Heaney, Dorothy Burchell and Shirley Rutherford. She is survived by her brother Robert Heaney and her sister Rita Marshall. Helen leaves behind her children Richard (Johanne), Gail (Emery), Muriel, Linda (John) and Michael (Andrée); grandchildren Lynn Ann, Martin, Susan, Olivier, Katie, Jesse and Gino and great- grandchildren Justin, Jonathan, Madeleine, Sarah, Jack, Zoe, Matthew, Thomas and Jack Finn. A special thanks to the 3rd floor staff at the VIGI Santé Reine Elizabeth and to Dr. Benjamin Schiff at St-Mary's family medicine and hospital centre for all the years of heartfelt care that he gave to both our parents. A Private Service will be held at a later date.
