DAVIS Gladys A. "Honey" Davis, age 75 of Bridgeport died Monday, March 16, 2009, at Bridgeport Hospital. She was born October 16, 1933 in Quitman, Ga. Daughter of the late Evelyn Lattimore, she was predeceased by her husband, Marvin B. Davis, Sr. Survivors include three sons, James (Laverne), Marvin and Robert Davis; two daughters, Robin Erica Davis and Cynthia Davis, all of Bridgeport; a sister, Edna (Ulysses) Manning of Georgia; and a host of nephews, nieces other family and friends. A memorial service will be held Monday, March 23, 2009, 11 a.m. at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 110 Grove Street, Bridgeport. Morton's Mortuary, is in charge of arrangements.
