Brother of Edward Higgins, Tessie Kenney and Tommy Higgins, all of Ireland and the late P.J. Higgins, Mickey Higgins, Mae Burns, Kathy Higgins and Agnes Hendricken. Grandfather of Victoria Schlimer-Higgins, Megan Higgins, Colin Higgins, Caitlin Gardner, Caroline Gardner, Benjamin Fitzgerald, Abigail Fitzgerald, Adam DApice and Celia DApice.
