Francis R. MahonQuincy Francis R. "Frank" Mahon, formerly of Weymouth, died Monday, Dec. 17, 2007 at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington at age 55. Born in Weymouth, he lived there all his life and graduated from Weymouth High School. He worked as a material handler for Boston Scientific in Quincy for the past 5 years. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and rooting for the Red Sox and Patriots. The beloved husband of Janet E. (LaFavre) Mahon, he is the beloved brother of Thomas Mahon of Casa Grande, AZ, Myra Kelleher of Rockland and Debbie Yetman and her husband Jay of Weymouth. He also leaves 4 nieces and 4 nephews including his godchildren Eddie Kelleher, Eric Yetman and Jason Yetman. He is the beloved step-father of Robert Harvey and Diane Graham and loving Papa of Rebecca Courtemanche and Aaron Graham. His funeral will be from the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm Street (off Hancock St.) Quincy Center on Friday, Dec. 21 at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Jerome's Church, North Weymouth at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
