CLARK, Frances b. March 19, 1927 in Halifax, NS. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Josephine Clark, who passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family in Victoria, BC on November 30 2004. Frances was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph, her parents Rosario and Mary Perrone, and brothers James and George. She leaves behind her devoted daugther, Mary Ellen(Leo) of Victoria, loving son Ross (Virginia) of Dartmouth, NS, sister Ida Smith of St. Catherines, ON and brother Leo Perrone of Pettawawa, ON. Frances will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Doug (Valerie), Pamela (Cooper), Jason, Paul (Moragh) and Jane. Her great grandchildren brought incredible joy to Frances's life, and Morgan, Caleb, Allison and Marisa will miss their "Nanny" very much. Frances was challenged by lung disease in later life, but her tenacious spirit and quick humour kept her fighting to the end. A memorial service will be held in Halifax next year and friends and family will be notified with more information once plans have been finalized.
