Family-Placed ObituaryHERBERT DAVID GUTWILLIG Herbert David Gutwillig from Scarsdale, NY was born in New York City in 1920. He served in World War II, worked in the family knitwear business, Newport Kniting Co. and later in commercial real estate. With a life-long interest in golf, he retired to Florida, found a new passion in cruising and at 80, discovered the Internet. He was preceeded in death by his wife, June Densen Gutwillig and leaves behind daughters, Liz Robards of Palm Beach, Julie Malsky of Long Island, Kathryn Sandler of New York City; son, Daniel Gutwillig of Ft. Lauderdale and two sons-in-law; as well as four grandchildren and soon to be six great-grandchildren. All will miss him dearly. Memorial services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, May 17 at Beth Israel, 11115 Jog Rd., Boynton Beach.
