FORTIN, Evelyn Marie Madeleine (née Hall) The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Wednesday, June 4, 2003 at the age of 65 years. Daughter of Ida Hall (née Guy) Fortin of Sudbury and of the late John Hall. Beloved wife of Valois Fortin of Sudbury. Loving mother of Marc (wife Joanne) of Barrie, André of Ottawa, Pierre of Sudbury and Lyse (friend John Noble) of Courtney, B.C. Dear sister of Jack Hall (wife Carmaine) of Sudbury. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 2 grandchildren, Joel and Luc. A life long resident of Sudbury, she graduated from the Elizabeth School of Nursing in 1959. Mrs. Fortin was a well respected emergency room nurse and the former St. Joseph Hospital. Evelyn will be fondly remembered for her kind heart and selfless attitude. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury Friday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 7, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. in the Bishop Roger Despatie Chapel of the Co-operative Funeral Home, Sudbury.
