HIGGINS Emily Pearl September 6, 1918 - June 5, 2008 Survived by her husband Herbert, 2 children Caroline, Ronald (Mary), (Dawn), 7 grandchildren, Herb, Katrina, Heidi, Nadja, Sheila, Kathy and Carl, 11 great-grandchildren, predeceased by her son Ernie. Emily will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. A Celebration of Emily's life will be held at the Bowser Legion Hall in Bowser on Vancouver Island on July 13, 2008 at 10 a.m.
