HARRIS, Emily (nee Playfoot) Passed away peacefully at the Almonte Country Haven Nursing Home on Tuesday, August 13, 2002 at age 90. Beloved wife of the late William Harris. Emily will be deeply missed by her daughters Beverly (Paul Burns) and Elaine (Rick Hughes). Cherished grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Sister of Gladys Lemmen and predeceased by Joseph and Albert Playfoot. Emily will be fondly remembered by relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore Drive and Baseline Road), on Friday at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
