LAWLOR Edward F., 84 of Holiday City Carefree section of Berkeley Township died on Wednesday August 15, 2012 at Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ. Born in Jersey City, NJ he lived in Ridgefield Park, NJ before moving to Holiday City Carefree in 1992. Mr. Lawlor served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a Construction Worker with Local 472 in Newark, NJ for over 30 years retiring in 1990. A life member of the Knights of Columbus #2229 and a member of the Elk's #1506 both of Ridgefield Park, NJ. A communicant of St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church, Berkeley Township, NJ. A member of the Holiday City Carefree Men's club, Anglers club, Darts club and the Golf club. Surviving is his loving wife of 54 years, Doris (Langowski), one son Edward Michael Lawlor of Ridgefield Park, NJ, one daughter Maureen Mary Denucci and her husband Anthony of Stroudsburg, PA, one brother John Lawlor of Little Ferry, NJ and three grandchildren Courtney, Denise and Stacey. Family will receive friends on Sunday August 19, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at The Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St. Catherine Blvd. Toms River, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday August 20, 2012 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow to New Jersey Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.
