Edward "Ed" Joseph Reynolds, 84, died July 31, 2005, at Sebastian River Medical Center in Roseland. He was born in New York City and lived in Micco for 22 years, coming from Fairview, N.J. Before retirement, he was a foreman at ILA-International Longshoreman Association in New York City for 45 years. He served in the Navy during World War II and was the recipient of nine Battle Stars. He was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church in Barefoot Bay. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Loretta Reynolds; son, Edward Charles Reynolds of Fairview; brother, Charles Reynolds of West Nyack, N.Y.; sisters, Catherine Mathies of Whiting, N.J., and Lillian Reynolds of Connecticut; and one grandchild. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018. SERVICES: A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Aug. 4 at Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian.
