CLARK, DOROTHY M., 83, passed away on September 28, 2010. She was a retired employee of General Electric. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Naomi Votaw; and brothers, James W. and Virgil Votaw. Survivors include her sister-in-law, Margaret Votaw; several nieces and nephews; and her caregiver, Diana Thornberry. Funeral service will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with private burial in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon-7 p.m. Thursday.
