CHARLOTTE DAVIS Winter Haven - Charlotte N. Davis, 89, died of heart failure Oct. 1, 2006, at Good Shepherd Hospice of Auburndale. She was born Jan. 15, 1917, in Norwalk, Connecticut. She was a registered nurse. After moving to Florida in 1948, she worked as a nurse in St. Petersburg at Mound Park Hospital and The Community Blood Bank. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Henry F. Davis; sons, Franklin Davis of New Port Richey, and John M. Davis of Laurenceville, Georgia; and a daughter, Marietta D. Jennings of Winter Haven; 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home in St. Petersburg, with graveside services to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Petersburg.
