SMITH, CATHY SUE, 49, of Louisville, was suddenly called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 18, 2008. She was preceded in death by her mother, LaVerne Thurman. Survivors include her husband of 26 years, James W. Smith Jr.; her children, Amy Lynette Smith, Andrea Leigh Smith and James Wesley Smith III; grandchildren, Danielle Woolbright, and Kira and Darian Smith; brothers, Jerry Guy and Nicholas Lyle Thurman; and sisters, Diana Reeder and Linda Thurman.
