JONES, Carole Ann - Peacefully passed away at the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the age of 55. Predeceased by her parents Russell and Ethel Lee. Loving mother to Kate, Hal-Lee and Travis. Survived by her brothers Robert, Doug, Wayne, Ken and sister Sharon Lee. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
