Carolyn Sue Johnson, 66, died July 20, 2005. She was born in Waltonville, Ill., and moved to Hobe Sound from Ridgway, Ill. She worked for the National Rifle Association and Eastern Airlines and as a legal secretary in Washington, D.C. After moving to Florida, she and her husband started a cable pulling and trucking company before retiring. Survivors include her husband, Charlie Johnson of Hobe Sound; stepdaughter, Mary Ann Neill of New York; stepson, Mark Johnson of Colorado; sister, Betty Cox of Ridgway; brother, Ed Atkins of Ridgway; and one step-grandchild. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. July 22 at Young & Prill Funeral Home in Stuart. A service will be at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. An out-of-town service will be conducted July 25 in Ridgway by Cox & Son Funeral Home.
