O'KEEFFE, Arthur William "Bill" Born in Carlyle Saskatchewan November 2, 1925, Bill passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 25th, 2015. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Joyce, his three daughters, and their families. The family would like to thank the amazing staff at Oak Bay Lodge for their care of Bill. No service will be held at the family's request. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
