SCOTTSBURG - Hall, Amanda Lee "Mandy," 79, died on Tuesday, January 29, 2013. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Hope Church of God. Mandy was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Hall on November 16, 2012; and a brother, Jim Collins. Survivors include three sisters, Bobby Cantrell, Nancy Brown and Betty Thompson; three brothers, Rollie Collins Jr., Bill Collins and Troy "Johnny" Collins; a sister-in-law, Mary Francisco; numerous nieces and nephews; and a friend who cared for her, Paul Harris.
